If you’ve been following us for a while, you may have noticed that our products are available on two websites: tacticvans.com and tacticengineering.com. We want to take a moment to explain what each site offers, why both exist, and what our plans are going forward.
Why two websites?
Tactic Vans has been our home since 2020. It’s where we first started selling our precision-made magnetic mounts for van life and overlanding, designed and manufactured in Switzerland. Over the years, we’ve grown — and so has our customer base across Europe and beyond.
To better serve international customers, we launched tacticengineering.com. This newer platform allows us to offer VAT-included pricing for EU customers, ship to a wider range of countries, and provide a smoother checkout experience in multiple languages and currencies.
What’s different between the two sites?
Both sites offer the same Swiss-made products and the same level of quality you’ve come to expect. The key differences are in pricing, shipping, and reach:
