What is Rack II, and why it’s different from the other racks in the industry?

Rack II is the most modular rack for Mercedes Sprinter

1. Rack II won’t cover your windows (for the Vans with the same windows as the Hymer Grand Canyon S) being able to open your windows during the summer is a huge deal if your van is not equipped with AC, because it’s the flow of air in your van that will help keeping cool our beloved metal box on wheels .

2. Rack II allows you to carry two e-bikes, even if they don’t have the same wheel size.

3. Rack II is made to fit on both doors: you can install it on the left door, change your mind and install it on the right door in the matter of minutes.

4. Rack II, is installed in 20 minutes: simply install 4 nuts and bolts to the hinges, the rack will be attached to the door panel with 3 magnets, no need to drill in your doors!

5. Rack II is lightweight: the rack itself weighs 7.4 kg (16.3 lbs) / the accessory mount 2.2 kg (4.85 lbs) / and each bike module 7.2 kg (16 lbs).

   Rack II has the following accessories:

   Bike Carrier / Bike Tray : this allows you to carry one to two bikes or e-bikes depending on your preferences. Bike trays are sold for 270 euros per unit, they work with 26 to 29 inch wheels.

   Removable steps : why install a whole ladder on your van if you go on the roof once every two weeks, it’s place stolen to other accessories you could transport, that you can use more frequently. Steps cost 160 euros for 4 units.

   Aluminum boxes: allowing you to transport gear that must be protected from the elements, but that you may prefer to have outside, like a portable gas grill, or outdoors tools. Silver aluminum boxes are 240 euros per unit.

   Spare wheel module: a noninvasive and easily storable spare wheel carrier. With a weight of only 2.4 kg.

   Rack II is made of aluminum, tig welded, double powder coated, Swiss Designed, Made in Europe.
